II. Manufacturing Process
Plastic parts: Injection molded from flame-retardant PA66 nylon. Some products are equipped with rubber/silicone O-rings to achieve an IP68 waterproof rating.
Metal parts (galvanized pipe adapter, etc.): Made of high-quality carbon steel, processed by stamping and turning, and galvanized for strong corrosion resistance.
Assembly process: Some products (e.g., split/integral brackets) are fixed with snap-fits or screws to ensure a tight fit with corrugated tubes. Assembly clearance < 0.2 mm; anti-loosening design.
