A toroidal electromagnet is an electromagnetic device with a toroidal/donut-shaped structure. Its coil is wound around a toroidal iron core, generating a specifically distributed magnetic field in and around the central region of the toroid during operation. Unlike ordinary cylindrical electromagnets, toroidal electromagnets have a hollow structure. This unique design gives them significant advantages in holding convex workpieces, centering workpieces, and integrating rotary systems.
