Manufacturing Process
Body Material: Injection molded from flame‑retardant PA66 nylon, impact‑resistant, anti‑aging, and UV‑resistant.
Flange Base Structure: Integrated injection‑molded flange with mounting holes on the base surface for bolting to equipment or panels.
Corrugated Tube Connection End: A port above or on the side of the base matches the corrugated tube. The inner wall has anti‑slip grooves or thread‑locking structures, equipped with a locking nut and cable claw. Assembly clearance ≤0.2mm ensures tight engagement with the corrugated tube outer wall.

Distribution cabinets and control boxes: as a starting fixing point for corrugated tubes before they enter the enclosure
