Manufacturing Process
Body Material: Injection molded from flame‑retardant PA66 nylon, meeting UL‑94 V0 standard, UV‑resistant and anti‑aging.
Sealing System: Built‑in silicone or rubber O‑ring (for corrugated tube side) and cable sealing ring (for cable side), compression molded to achieve dual IP68 protection (1 meter underwater for 30 minutes).
Dual‑Function Structure: Corrugated tube end: Anti‑slip grooves or thread‑locking structure tightly engage the corrugated tube outer wall; assembly clearance < 0.2 mm.
Cable fixing end: Locking nut and tapered cable claw compress the cable sealing ring when tightened, gripping the cable and providing pull‑out resistance and waterproofing.
Metal Reinforcement (optional): Nickel‑plated brass thread insert for enhanced strength and corrosion resistance.
Anti‑Loosening Design: Anti‑slip teeth or washers between the body and locking nut prevent loosening under vibration.

Cable entry of distribution boxes and control cabinets: corrugated tube leads in, then the connector directly clamps and seals the cable into the box
Cable entries of outdoor motors and pumps: corrugated tube protects the cable, and the connector provides end sealing
Inside LED street lights and floodlights: waterproof connection between corrugated tube and internal power wires
