Manufacturing Process
Body Material: Injection molded from flame-retardant PA66 nylon, meeting UV-resistant and anti-aging requirements.
Sealing System: Built-in silicone or rubber O-rings (seals at both ends and the rotating joint surface), compression molded with a precise compression ratio to achieve an IP68 protection rating (1 meter underwater for 30 minutes).
Elbow Structure: 90° one-piece design with smooth, burr-free inner wall and proper bending radius to avoid cable damage from over-bending.
Locking & Connection: Locking nuts and cable claws at both ends. Thread tightening compresses the seals, creating a tight fit between the connector, corrugated tube, and equipment panel. Assembly clearance < 0.2 mm.
Anti-Loosening Design: Anti-slip grooves at the connector tails engage with the corrugated tube outer wall, providing excellent pull-out resistance.
