Manufacturing Process
Body Material: Injection molded from flame‑retardant PA66 nylon, impact‑resistant, anti‑aging, and UV‑resistant.
Split Structure Design: Two symmetrical halves are locked together via snap‑fits, screws, or bolts. The inner wall features positioning grooves or anti‑slip textures matching the corrugated tube’s outer profile, ensuring a tight grip without damaging the tube wall.
Fixing Method: The bracket base has pre‑drilled mounting holes (typically one or two holes) for securing the bracket to equipment, walls, cable trays, or enclosures using screws, bolts, or cable ties.
Assembly Requirement: After closing, the inner diameter tightly fits the corrugated tube outer diameter with a clearance ≤0.2mm, preventing loosening and axial sliding.
Optional Features: Some models include a rubber pad or silicone liner for vibration damping or increased friction.
