Manufacturing Process
Body Material: Injection molded from flame‑retardant PA66 nylon, impact‑resistant, anti‑aging, and UV‑resistant.
Integral Structure Design: One‑piece injection molding without seams. The inner wall features positioning grooves or semi‑circular slots that match the corrugated tube’s outer profile, ensuring a tight grip on the tube.
Fixing Method: The bracket base has pre‑drilled mounting holes (typically one or two holes) for securing the bracket to equipment, walls, cable trays, or enclosures using screws, bolts, or cable ties.
Installation Methods: Integral brackets typically use one of two approaches:
Slide‑on type: The bracket is slid onto the tube from the end, suitable for new wiring installations.
Snap‑in type: The tube is radially pressed into the slot using the bracket’s elastic deformation at the opening (on some designs); the bracket automatically snaps back to lock the tube in place.
Assembly Requirement: The bracket inner diameter tightly fits the corrugated tube outer diameter with a clearance ≤0.2mm to prevent axial sliding. Snap‑in types must provide sufficient locking force to avoid loosening under vibration.
Optional Features: Some models include a rubber pad or silicone liner for vibration damping or increased friction.
