Manufacturing Process
Body Material: Injection-molded from flame-retardant PA66 nylon, meeting UL-94 V0 and offering high weather resistance.
Sealing: Built-in silicone or rubber O-ring, compression-molded to achieve IP68 dust/water ingress protection.
Connection Design: Push-in 90° elbow design with internal anti-loosening grooves or thread-locking structure, tightly engaging with the corrugated tube outer wall. Assembly clearance < 0.2 mm.
Surface Finish: Smooth, burr-free plastic surface. Optional locking nut for enhanced fixing strength.
