Manufacturing Process
Body Material: Made of TPE rubber, impact‑resistant, anti‑aging, and UV‑resistant.
Structural Design: One‑piece injection molded to match the profile of the corrugated tube end. The inner wall features anti‑slip grooves or elastic claws that tightly engage with the corrugated outer wall, preventing accidental removal. Some models include a pull‑ring or removal tab for easy tool‑free extraction.

Assembly Requirements
Installation is done by simply pushing the plug into the corrugated tube end until it snaps into place. Clearance after installation ≤0.2mm ensures a secure fit. Removal can be done with a tool or by hand pulling.
