Manufacturing Process
Body Material: Injection molded from flame‑retardant PA66 nylon, meeting UL‑94 V0 standard, impact‑resistant and anti‑aging.
Sealing System: Built‑in silicone or rubber O‑rings (or flat washers) at all three ports, compression-molded with a precise compression ratio to achieve an IP68 protection rating (1 meter underwater for 30 minutes).
Tee Structure: One‑piece T‑shaped design with anti‑slip grooves or thread‑locking structures on the inner walls of all three ports, tightly engaging the corrugated tube outer wall. Smooth inner surface, burr‑free to avoid cable damage.
Locking Method: Each port has an independent locking nut and cable claw. Thread tightening compresses the seals; assembly clearance ≤0.2 mm ensures anti‑loosening and pull‑out resistance.
Optional Features: Split‑body version (for easier assembly after cable pulling) or metal thread inserts for enhanced connection strength.
