Manufacturing Process
High-Permeability Metal Housing
The shell is manufactured from high-permeability cold-rolled steel, which helps concentrate the magnetic field and improve electromagnetic efficiency and output thrust. The surface is treated with an anti-rust coating to enhance corrosion resistance and service life.
Precision Coil Winding
The coil is wound with pure copper enameled wire to provide stable electrical performance, low resistance variation, and reduced heat generation during operation. A flame-retardant PA66 nylon bobbin provides insulation and temperature resistance.
Optimized Internal Structure
The internal structure includes a high-elasticity return spring and wear-resistant sliding sleeve to ensure smooth plunger movement and reliable reset performance. Stroke length and thrust force can be customized according to application requirements.
